On Friday we had a visit from a former student and alumni to talk to the welding students about his career and education path. He also demonstrated some techniques he learned, the students enjoyed having Tyler back in the shop . Thanks Tyler for giving back to our school.

The 5th and 6th graders did a fur trading activity after reading and learning about colonial fur trading. Some students were English traders and had to collect 22 beaver pelts, and the other students were Fur Trappers and had to trade for goods. The students had so much fun!

In an attempt to keep the students from using their phones I haven't been using mine to post their work so far this year, for that I apologize. The students have been working very diligently with grit and determination and I'm very proud how they are progressing. Great job!
