2023 NOTICE OF EDUCATIONAL OPTIONS FOR RESIDENT CHILDREN AND STATE ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES
Wisconsin State Statute Section 3224(m) and 119.57(1): Annually, by January 31st, each public school shall provide public notice and post on its internet site a description of available educational options, including: public schools, private choice schools, virtual schools, full-time open enrollment, youth options and/or course options within its boundaries.

Wisconsin State Statute Section 3312, 118.57 states that the School board’s Notice of Educational Options must include the most recent school accountability performance category assigned to each school within the district’s boundaries, including public, independent charter and private choice schools; and inform parents that the full district accountability report is available on the district website.
